North Torrance Little League (NTLL) is a chartered league governed by the published rules and regulations of Little League Baseball Incorporated. As such, NTLL operates under the guiding principle of developing Character, Courage, and Loyalty. Our goals for the players include the following major objectives:

• Develop an appreciation of athletic competition through participation
• Practice sportsmanship and fair play
• Learn baseball skills, rules, and strategy
• Have fun

North Torrance Little League provides an exciting youth baseball experience for players 4 to 12 years of age who reside in the northern area of the city of Torrance, California. NTLL is one of 10 leagues in California District 27, Western Region of Little League International.
